In the wake of the earthquake, we gave the artisans complete freedom in how they chose to express themselves.
Each piece embodies the individual artisan’s heartfelt desire to contribute to the recovery through their craft.

This round plate features a delicate Shinobu (fern) motif, traditionally associated with endurance, vitality, and quiet strength in Japanese culture.
The intricate chinkin carving along the rim is truly exquisite.
