This Hōjō-hai (Cup of Abundance) features a charming depiction of the Fukura-suzume—a plump sparrow, symbolizing warmth, happiness, and prosperity.

Traditional patterns are delicately painted on the inside of this guinomi (sake cup), each imbued with heartfelt wishes.
Crafted in Wajima-nuri lacquerware, this cup develops a deeper luster and character with continued use.
